Unlike off-the-rack options, custom-made pieces are designed to fit you perfectly, allowing for adjustments in fabric, fit, and design. At TLRD, we offer personalized outfits crafted by skilled tailors, ensuring each piece is unique and tailored just for you.

Your item is made in Nigeria by local artisans in communities affected by environmental damage. This allows us to maximize our impact and give back to these communities while creating high-quality, custom-made clothing. It typically takes 3-5 businessdays to custome make your item.

First, choose your preferred style from our curated collection, then select the fabric design you'd like to use. After that, pick your size (refer to the size chart) and choose the quantity. You also have the option to input body measurements if you have it, but this is optional.

Once your order is placed, it is sent to our tailor, who carefully sews the item. Upon completion, our QC team inspects it for accuracy in measurements, quality stitching, fabric and craftsmanship. Once it passes inspection, the item is securely packed and handed over to our shipping partner for delivery.

We unfortunately do not ship to P.O Boxes as the clothing items are large and our delivery partners do not deliver to P.O Boxes

It depends on where you are. Orders will take anywhere from 2-4 weeks weeks to arrive depending on shipping speed you choose. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We work with DHL, UPS and other international partners to ensure you tailor-made clothing arrives between 2-4 weeks.

All standard orders will be shipped four to five business days of order confirmation and sewing. It typically takes 3-7 business days for your item to arrive depending on the shipping service you select at checkout. You can track the delivery of your item.

It’s our goal to ensure you have the best possible experience with us, and so we offer returns valid for 14 days from the date of arrival. As such, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Unfortunately, all items purchased during a sale or marked at a discounted rate cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you send them back to us for a return we will not be able to process a refund.
